From City to Shore: Discover the Tranquility of Sado Island
We will pick you from Niigata Station or Joetsu-Myoko Station to the port in a private car, followed by a ferry ride to Sado Island. Upon arrival, you will check into an ocean-view inn or resort, then enjoy a leisurely tour of the island’s cultural landmarks and seasonal natural beauty. In the evening, we can also guide you on a stargazing experience under the clear island skies.

Sado Gold Mine Area – Around Onogame and Futatsugame
Exploring Sado’s Scenic and Historic Treasures
Take an in-depth tour of the Sado Gold Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site candidate. In the afternoon, head to Onogame and Futatsugame, scenic spots where the sea and rice terraces intertwine. Let yourself surrender to the rhythm of nature and enjoy the leisurely flow of time.

A Day of Waves, Crafts, and Cultural Wonders
Experience maritime activities unique to Sado, such as a clear-water cruise, tub boat ride, or kayaking. You can also immerse yourself in cultural experiences like traditional crafts and Noh theater. At dusk, visit scenic photo spots featuring rice terraces and fishing villages.

Island Mornings & Meaningful Moments Before Departure
In the early morning, experience island life by observing the Japanese Crested Ibis and strolling through the local morning market. Then, enjoy a special dish for your final lunch. Before your ferry departure, we will drop you off at the port with a few scenic stops along the tranquil seaside. Pick-up and drop-off times can be flexibly arranged based on your ferry schedule.
