First Trip to Japan: Meticulous Planning and Flawless Execution

Trip: Wonderful vacation-meticulously planned and perfectly executed. It was our first trip to Japan, amazingly  well organised and look forward to returning next Sakura season with Japan Navi as our tour operator! Guess that says it all! From coordinating pick up, planning itinerary, time scheduling, accommodating special needs/requests to drop off at the hotel-every single item was handled to perfection. Well, what more can one say!! Arigatou. A very special thank you to Ami who was our contact person at Japan Navi Group.

Best: Difficult to pick any one ‘best’ part – but for sure Fuji san would come out tops if one had to.

Negatives: Nothing negative

Comments: You folks did a fantastic  job-and specially you, Ami – as you were my sole contact person. – can’t thank you enough for being so thorough.

Tour satisfaction: Absolutely 5☆

Tour expectations: Again 5☆

Price/quality relationship: Again 5☆

Drivers: Were all good and helpful but the Kyoto & Nara driver was good.

Guides: Were all good too but the pick of the lot was the Kyoto & Nara guide – she was excellent.

Comments: All the drivers & guides were very professional & helpful and please do convey our gratitude to them ALL.

Grateful to them all for helping make this trip so memorable-Arigatou.

However, if we had to choose one combination then Kyoto & Nara guide and Kyoto & Nara driver would come out tops.

Look forward to our next sojourn together.
